We try to describe our products, including colours, ingredients, and benefits, as accurately as possible; however, minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or updates in packaging and formulation. Prices, offers, and availability of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Orders and payments:
Placing a product in your cart does not guarantee availability; your order is confirmed only after successful payment and an order confirmation email or SMS. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. If an order is cancelled by LittlePout due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious or fraudulent activity, any amount debited will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns:

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Governing law:
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra (or the chosen applicable city).
