Return and Refund Policy – LittlePout

At LittlePout, customer happiness and safety come first. As our products are cosmetics used on the lips, returns are limited for hygiene reasons.

When we accept returns:
Wrong product or shade received compared to your order.
Product received in damaged or leaking condition.
Clearly defective product (for example, broken mechanism or unusable texture on opening).

Conditions and timelines:
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product or store credit/refund to the original payment method (as applicable).

Cases where returns/refunds are not possible:
Product has been opened, used, swatched, or tampered with.
Packaging or seals are removed for reasons other than transit damage.
Minor colour or packaging variations that do not affect product performance.
Orders where an incorrect address or phone number was provided, or delivery was refused or not accepted by the customer.

Refund processing:
If a physical return is required, we will share pickup or courier instructions.
After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days; your bank or UPI provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
