Shipping Policy – LittlePout

LittlePout currently delivers across India through trusted courier partners. This page explains how and when your orders are shipped.

Processing time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines and charges:

  • Once shipped, orders typically reach you within 3–7 working days depending on your pin code and courier service.

  • Exact shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • During festivals, sale periods, or unforeseen events, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

Order tracking:

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking ID and courier partner details (where available).

  • You can use this tracking ID to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s tracking page.

Undelivered / returned shipments:

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, repeated delivery attempts failing, or refusal to accept, we may deduct shipping and handling charges before processing any refund (if applicable).

  • In such cases, reshipping may be done at an additional shipping cost.

International shipping:

  • At present, LittlePout does not ship outside India (if you start, you can update this section).
